Our Kitchen Space
 
Chef’s Workshop will house several fully equipped certified kitchens as well as a facility area. The facility area
will consist of a ware-washing area, 3 bin sink, dry and cold storage area, restrooms and business office.

Rates/Pricing

•Rental prices have not been officially set but are likely to be in the $27-$37 per hour range depending on
full or part –time status ( 2 hr min), peak or off-peak hours.

•A full-time chef would use the facility 48+ hours per month and have priority scheduling with optional
storage (both dry and refrigerated.)

•Peak hours - 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

•It is our goal to have the kitchens available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for your
convenience.

•Our online scheduling system will be an easy and fast way to reserve time and
check for availability.

•Pricing includes taxes, utilities, cleaning supplies, and free WI-FI.

•Delivery service will be available and quoted on a case by case basis.
